Hoewel Patch 1.6 nog niet officieel is vrijgegeven, is hij toch al te downloaden! De langverwachte patch bevat enkele fixes en bevat de vier nieuwe mappen! De patch is 282 MB groot en is zowel client- als serverside. Helaas is het voor de meeste serveradmins nu nog wachten op de Linux serverfiles, die waarschijnlijk pas morgen uitkomen.
Patch 1.6 bevat de volgende features en fixes:
- Nieuwe mappen: Creek, Chinatown, Broadcast, en Killhouse
- Het is nu mogelijk Hardcore en oldschool te filteren in de serverlijst
- Bevat alle fixes/features t/m patch 1.5
- Fix for a Denial of Service attack.
Je kunt na het installeren van de patch alleen 1.6 servers joinen. Test de nieuwe maps maar alvast op 85.214.112.17:28960! Download Patch 1.6 |

Dat is niet waar, want IW zal hem morgen vrijgeven. Vandaag hebben ze de file al doorgestuurd naar de officiele mirrors (waaronder NVidia). Maar die gasten hebben hem niet dicht gezet, zodat hij gewoon al downloadbaar is. |

Heerlijke maps, Broadcast is mijn favourite!
Wat me nog tegenvalt is 1) De Nieuwe Killcams zitten er niet bij, iemand enig idee waarom?
2) De knife bug met de G3 Silencer is ook nog steeds niet gemaakt Iemand enig idee of IW daar ook van weet?
En toch moet ik toegeven de maps zijn lovely. Killhouse 20v20 hardcore is laugh my ass off!
