Alle PC gamers van Call of Duty 4 opgelet: Eind deze week presenteert Infinity Ward goed nieuws voor de community. Wat men hiermee bedoelt, is nog niet duidelijk. Vandaag plaatste Robert Bowling, Infinity Wards Community Manager, een artikel over het NARP Event in de VS. Maar in het artikel geeft hij ook een stille hint voor de PC gamers: "Did I mention I got some awesome news coming down the pipeline at the end of the week for our PC players? I can’t say what it is now, but I’m sure most of you can see it coming a mile away. I’ll have that info for you around Friday hopefully. [...] Be sure to check back at the end of the week for some great PC news!!"
Uiteraard weten we nog niet wat hij hiermee bedoelt. Worden de nieuwe maps eindelijk vrijgegeven? Komt patch 1.6 eraan? We houden jullie op de hoogte, soldiers! |

| ik denk voor 90% dat het de patch is , rond deze periode zou de patch klaar moeten zijn , aangezien men verleden week zei dat men alleen nog kleine bugs moest verbeteren , de laatste tijd hebben we niet meer van patch 1.6 gehoord dus daarom denk ik dat dit week-end de patch 1.6 voor call of duty4 voor de pcgamers beschikbaar zal zijn |

Ik denk dat het de maps zijn of de bekendmaking van hoe en wat met die maps op de pc, want de patch is gewoon news. Dit is "awesome news", dus ik denk de maps. |

heb hem al geinstalleerd.. niet slim naderhand.. geen enkele server heeft hem LOL.

ChinaTown (Chinese mod versie van de ouder Carantan map)
Creek (sniper map, met klein dorpje en een grot)
Broadcast. gebasseerd op de SP "CHarly DOn't Surf"
En een bonus map, Killhouse. The SAS traning van SP.
