Vorige week verscheen versie 0.2 van PezBOT, een Call of Duty 4 mod die het mogelijk maakt om bots in je server te laten rondlopen. Maar afgelopen dagen verschenen er twee updates die de bots nog intelligenter maakt (lees: minder 'dom') en inmiddels is PezBOT v0.4 al te downloaden. De bots luisteren nu naar Quick commands, gooien granaten en kunnen nog veel beter hun weg vinden. Ook maakt de mod het zelfs mogelijk om een groep honden op de vijand los te laten als je UAV hebt. De laatste versie is dus stukken beter geworden, en je kunt de mod hier downloaden!

Als je zelf de mod wilt uitproberen kun je dat heel eenvoudig doen: Je gaat naar je installatiemap (Meestal Program FilesActivisionCall of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare en dan ga je naar de map Mods. Daar maak je de map PeZBOT aan en daar plaats je de bestanden in uit het gedownloade zip-bestand. Vervolgens start je Call of Duty 4 Multiplayer, en je kiest in het Main Menu de menuoptie Mods en vervolgens PezBot. Daarna kies je Start new server. Als je server gestart is, moet je de console openen met de tilde-knop (~) en de commando's in uit de readme intypen, bijvoorbeeld: /svr_pezbots 10.
