Infinity Ward heeft vandaag bekend gemaakt dat er dagelijks ruim 1,3 miljoen Xbox360 gebruikers Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare online spelen. Met dit aantal spelers overtreft de game van Infinity Ward concurrent Halo 3 die 'slechts' 845.000 tot een miljoen spelers per dag haalt. Ook de aantallen op de Playstation 3 zijn 'monsterlijk hoog' volgens Infinity Ward. Volgens de ontwikkelaar is Call of Duty 4 ook op de Playstation 3 de succesvolste online game. |

Ja leuk, maar dat had ik zelf ook wel kunnen bedenken.
Ze kunnen beter met Patch 1.6 voor de PC komen, waarvan ze 3 weken geleden zeiden dat hij " deze week " uit zou komen.
En net na de launch van CoD4 zei IW ook dat ze de " Capture The Flag " mode niet konden halen bij launch omdat hij nog niet uitvoerig getest was, maar we zijn ondertussen al een half jaar verder, dan mag die CTF mode toch onderhand wel is verschijnen lijkt me ?
En waarom die 3 maps nou weer als eerst op de xdoos uitbrengen, waarom niet allemaal tegelijk, flikker die maps ( net zoals toen met Winter Crash ) gewoon in een patch en klaar, is dat nou zo moeilijk.
Infinity Ward is een top ontwikkelaar, dat zeker, maar ze beginnen nu imo een beetje lui te worden zeg .. |

hahaha sukkel, ooit al eens een map gemaakt? dat kost echt MEGA veel tijd, vooral om t bug-free te maken.
Daarbij heeft IW 1.6 niet voor de pc aangekondigt dat het die week zou komen, maar voor de xdoos, én er zijn een aantal teams dat aan de maps werken, de Xbox heeft een ander programma code dan de pc of playstation 3, het draait niet allemaal op .exe .
Dat van Capture the Flag weet ik niets van... |

| ik verwacht die patch binnen nu en 2 weken dus nog ff 2 weken geduld en dan kan je van de nieuwe killcam (en nog veel meer verbeteringen) genieten. je hoeft het niet met me eens te zijn dat die patch snel komt maar dat denk ik nou eenmaal. op capute the flag moet je dan ook nog maar ff wachten, jammer dan. geduld jongens, geduld |

* het DLC map pack is officieel uitgesteld naar 10april voor de Xbox. voor de ps3 komt hij 3 weken later en de pc is nog niets over bekent. |
