Onlangs zijn de eerste beelden van het uitbreidingspakket 'Freedom's Last Call' voor Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare online gezet. Het veel belovende modification - opgezet door communitylid Sparks - moet zorgen voor enkele extra singleplayermissies. Het verhaal gaat verder waar die in Call of Duty voor gestopt was. Klik hier om de trailer te bekijken. De mod moet een mengeling zijn van het verhaal van Gears of War, enkele landschappen uit de film I am Legend en Call of Duty 4. Het verhaal gaat verder waar Call of Duty 4 eindigde. Zo staat er een nieuwe schurk op die de Verenigde Staten wilt uitroeien, met als beginpunt et New York. Als Captian Soap, ingelegerd bij Britse 22nd Special Air Service Regiment, vecht je door de straten en metrostations van New York om burgers te beschermen. Daarnaast zal je ook in de schoenen staan van soldaat Ryan Jackson (broeder van Sgt. Paul Jackson uit Call of Duty 4) die met de USMC 1st Recon op Liberty ISland tegen de indringende Russische nationalisten vecht. |
