| Special Ops-missies augustus bekend |

Vandaag is het eindelijk dan zover: de twee Specal Ops-missies voor de maand augustus zijn bekend gemaakt. Aan de hand hiervan kunnen we bekijken of de geruchten van afgelopen dagen kloppen of niet. De afgelopen dagen ging het gerucht dat één van de twee missies 'Light 'Em Up' zou gaan heten. Na vandaag kunnen we bevestigen dat dit ook daadwerkelijk één van deze is. De andere missie heet Special Delivery. Light 'Em Up  In Light 'Em Up is het de bedoeling dat twee agenten een Oost-Europese schuilplaats binnendringen om een teamgenoot te redden. Ook is het mogelijk om in deze missie de volledige controle te hebben over een Little Bird. Micheal Condrey licht toe:
”The guy in the air is a really exciting position to be in because you have to control the helicopter, use the spotlight and provide overwatch cover for the guy on the ground.”
Special Delivery  Waar je in Light 'Em Up de controle hebt over een Little Bird, is het in Special Delivery de bedoeling dat je er eentje beschermt. Micheal Condrey heeft hierover het volgende te zeggen:
"Special Delivery takes players to a hydroelectric dam at the base of a Chinese river to rescue a helicopter pilot. What we’ve tried to do is bring really great mechanics together that people love to play. The guy in the air runs the Osprey Gunner and can drop .50 cal shells from the air, and call in explosive rounds. But the cool thing is that I can drop three different types of Care Packages to my buddy on the ground trying to get to the downed pilot. It’s really awesome. You can drop in an XM25, you can drop a Care Package of a turret or a self-revive… The opportunity to use Care Packages and the Osprey Gunner killstreak from multiplayer is so much fun.”
Voor augustus stond ook nog een classified drop gepland. Deze is helaas nog niet bekend gemaakt. Toch is er nog goed nieuws. Gamecheat13 bleek het namelijk aan het juiste eind te hebben wat Light 'Em Up betreft. Hierdoor kunnen we bijna met zekerheid zeggen dat de drops van september ook al bekend zijn. Het gaat dan om de drie multiplayermaps Gulch, Parish en Boardwalk.

en nou is natuurlijk de vraag hoe komt hij in vredesnaam
aan die mappen. Op ps3 speelde hij toch ???
dit is mij mening.
dus ze staan al op de cd van mw3 maar je koopt geen map je koopt denk ik zo sleutel die de mappen dan openen ??

Staat er nog niet op , maar inwendig onderzoek van callofduty.com waarschijnlijk, gewoon alles stap voor stap uitzoeken en hij zal vast wel een lekkende bron hebben van CoD.
