De eerste DLC-trailer van Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 werd gisteren getoond. In deze trailer konden we wat gameplay zien in de maps van het eerste content-pack uit het zogeheten Content Season. Wat is het Content Season? En wat kunnen we ermee? Wij leggen het uit! In het Modern Warfare 3 Content Season (24 januari t/m eind september 2012) zullen we maar liefst twintig 'content packs' krijgen. Deze content packs zijn beschikbaar voor Call of Duty: Elite Premium-gebruikers. De eerste content pack bevat dus twee nieuwe multiplayer- en survivalmaps genaamd: Piazza en Liberation. Wat er in de volgende twintig content packs komt is onbekend. Maar volgens Eric Hirshberg's (Bestuursvoorzitter Activision) kunnen we veel verwachten. “Met de Call of Duty®: MW3 Content Season voor Call of Duty Elite lossen we onze belofte in om meer nieuwe content nog vaker beschikbaar te maken voor nog meer afwisseling. Drie studio’s hebben de handen ineen geslagen voor het eerste seizoen en het belooft zeer diepgaande en uitgebreide content te worden. Dankzij de expertise van onze ontwikkelaars en de passie van de fans, hoefden we geen concessies te doen op gebied van kwantiteit en kwaliteit, wat erg bijzonder is.”
Spelers die geen Call of Duty: Elite Premium aangeschaft hebben zullen de content packs krijgen via zogeheten DLC-packs. Dit zijn meerdere content packs in één download. Deze download verschijnt uiteraard wat later dan de originele content packs. |

Als ik jou was zou ik nu elite premium worden, in principe zou je natuurlijk de dlc's eerder krijgen alleen ben je mischien te laat premium member om de eerste dlc voor de non premium mebers te krijgen. En aan de redactie: Zou ik ook bij de redactie mogen? Het lijkt me leuk om elke dag/elke 2 dagen een stukje te posten over Call of Duty. |
