Een aantal redactieleden merkten het al op, in Call of Duty: Black Ops was soms weinig kleurverschil. Niet alleen bij onze redactie, maar ook bij andere gamers viel het op. De mappen die wel veel kleurverschil hadden worden gewaardeerd bij bijna alle gamers. Denk maar eens aan Nuketown. Plaatje in je hoofd? Oke, stel je nu eens voor dat de hele grond van donkerbruin zand is. Denk nu dat alle voertuigen vervangen worden door legerjeeps die onder de modder zitten en dat de huizen van donkerbruin hout gemaakt zijn. Nog steeds een aantrekkelijk plaatje? Nee dus! Gelukkig komt daar verandering in. Dit twitterde David Vonderhaar in een conversatie met @JasonTheAsian. Helaas kan hij niet veel details weggeven, wel geeft hij aan dat het genoteerd staat en dat men eraan werkt. Krijgen we in de volgende Call of Duty meer kleur? Laten we het hopen! |

Juist  . Het was me al gelijk in Black Ops opgevallen. Veel afwisseling in kleuren trekt je aan. Steeds hetzelfde (voor je gevoel) en dus veel grijs/bruin tinten trekt minder mensen aan.
Ook veel kleurverschil mis ik in MW3. Zo zou ik in MW3 de taxi's net wat geler hebben gemaakt (het is soms nog vrij donkergeel) en sowieso wat meer kleuren naar voren laten springen. |

Ik ben zelf kleurenzwak, dus als 2 kleuren overgangen te dicht op elkaar zitten dan word het voor mij een redelijk grote vlek op het scherm waardoor ik in "snelle" aktie momenten een slecht beeld krijg.
De optie voor kleurenblinden heeft niks geholpen want dit veranderd alleen maar de naam en geen verdere details in de mappen...
Voor de kleurenzwakken onder ons is het wachten op een reflectie van zonlicht op je ACOG scope bijvoorbeeld, dan word het voor ons nog leuker om te knallen xD |
