Dit jaar was er geen ModernWarfare 3.com , maar moesten we het doen met een /MW3 domein. Dit omdat de site Modern Warfare 3 al door iemand anders gekocht was. Zo erg was dit ook weer niet, totdat die site opeens doorverwees naar Battlefield 3. Activision zag dat en maakte het probleem ietsje groter dan het was. Zo belandde Anthony Abraham in de rechtszaal. Naast dat het een leuk verhaal is om na te vertellen is de heer er zelf niet zo vrolijk op. Door aangifte van Activision bij het National Arbitration Forum vanwege de verwarring (fans denken dat de naam misschien veranderd is) is hij zijn site kwijt geraakt. Het argument dat Modern Warfare gewoon een algemeen begrip is telde niet. |

Waarom is het zo belangrijk om persé de eerste te zijn?
Beter dat Activision dit vrij eenvoudig heeft overbadmeesterd. Wel triest van die gast om BF op de site te zetten. Dan vraag je er ook om naar mijn mening. |

lees dan. Het was geen probleem dat hij het domein had, TOTDAT hij het liet doorverwijzen naar BF3.
Activision wilde het niet kopen anders hadden ze het al gedaan.
