De strijd tussen Battlefield 3 en Modern Warfare 3 staat weer in de sneltrein en de verhalen gaan weer heen en weer. Volgens Patrick Bach (DICE Executive Producer) neemt Battlefield 3 niks over uit Modern Warfare 3. “To us it’s important to stay focus on building a Battlefield 3. We don’t want to play second fiddle or be a copy [of Modern Warfare 3] – no one wants to be the cover band, you want to be the star,” aldus Patrick Bach
Deze prachtige, ontroerende woorden maakte hij bekend in een interview met GameSpot. Maar wat leuk is, is dat Battlefield 3 zichzelf nu klem heeft gezet. Battlefield 3 neemt inderdaad niks over uit Modern Warfare 3, maar wel uit Modern Warfare 2! “Battlefield 3 looks set to include its own twist on the Spec Ops theme”
Toch geeft Battlefield 3 hier toe dat er wel een component is overgenomen uit de Call of Duty reeks, Spec Ops. |

Ja je moet oppassen met wat je zegt en alles moet goed uitgedacht zijn, daar is dit helaas geen voorbeeld van.
Desalniettemin zal de multiplayer van BF3 natuurlijk veel leuker zijn dan MW3. Ik heb BF3 gepreordered en MW3 zal de singleplayer wel tof zijn dus die zal ik downloaden. |

Ze hebben het hier over de nieuwe co-op mode die speelbaar zal zijn met twee man. Deze modus zal ongeveer 10 mappen bevatten. |

Even ook fanboy spelen aangezien redactie leden daarmee ook bezig zijn.
Battlefield had eerder al een co-op functie dan Call of Duty behalve de naam Spec Ops word 1x genoemd waardoor de link meteen word gelegd met CoD terwijl Spec Ops een algemene benaming is.
Je verwijst 1-0 naar CoD maar volgens mij staat het in dat geval 1-3 voor BF als die 1 al teld.

1punt om het feit dat ze de dino-joke in het spel hebben gestopt
1punt voor dat ze op E3 toch wel flink hoger hebben gescored dan MW3

Mocht je het artikel de volgende keer goed willen lezen. Ten eerste is MW2 niet alleen maar quick scopeN. Het klopt dat Bad Company 2 een Onslaught-mode heeft, geen ontken mogelijk. Dit nieuwsbericht doelt op het feit dat het nu 'Spec Ops' wordt genoemd. Ik heb zelf niks tegen BF3, maar vind het jammer dat ze Spec Ops overnemen van Call of Duty. Ik vind dat je beide games niet meer kunt vergelijken, omdat het om wat heel anders gaat. Misschien toon je dan geen fanboy-gedrag, je geeft echter wel meer dan genoeg stof om het fanboy-gedrag aan te wakkeren. Als je gewoon objectief nieuws aandraagt zullen misschien minder mensen beginnen met zeuren? Je zou bijvoorbeeld ook alleen in je artikel kunnen zeggen: "Battlefield komt ook met een soort spec ops modus." Vervolgens kunnen wij zelf gaan fantaseren wat voor spec ops modus dat zou kunnen zijn etc. |

Battlefield neemt niks over, ze gaan gewoon door met de spec ops mode van Bad company 2
En met Spec ops theme: bedoelen ze het algemeen,over spec ops.
Tuurlijk heeft mw2 een spec ops, maar dat had bad company 2 ook, en bf3 gaat met DIE (van BC2) verder en niet met die van mw3. |

Echt wat boeit het! Speel gewoon het spel dat je wilt spelen. Er is GEEN winnaar tussen MW3 en BF3. Alleen het spel dat JIJ het leukste vindt.

| Ik ben ook pas 16. Niet ieder kind zeikt^^... Koop gewoon het spel wat bij je past. Mooi tog dat BF ook spec ops heeft. Maakt het spel alleen maar beter en creatiever.... Ookal heeft BF killstreaks wat boeit het. Maakt het spel juist groot. Beide games zullen geweldig zijn. Niemand kan winnen. Iedereen speelt het spel wat hij het leukste vind. nee ik heb dus precies het tegenovergestelde, ik vind de singleplayer van battlefield juist altijd super vet en de multiplayer saai omdat de maps te groot zijn en je n uur bent aan het rondrennen voor je iemand vind, bij cod vind ik de multiplayer juist het leukst omdat je lekker snelle actie hebt met veel kills  |
