Goed nieuws voor de zombie-jagers onder ons. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 krijgt een soort van zombiemodus genaamd Survival. Infinity Ward staat bekend om de Modern Warfare-reeks en Treyarch om de zombiemodus. De zombiemodus was toentertijd een experimentele actie van Treyarch, wat uiteindelijk is uitgegroeid tot een wereldhit. Behalve dat je zombies kunt afknallen in Call of Duty: World at War en Call of Duty: Black Ops, heb je zelfs de mogelijkheid om de zombies naar je iPod & iPhone te brengen. Infinity Ward ziet in dat een "soort van zombiemodus" veel publiek trekt en introduceert de survival-modus. De Spec-Ops bestaat dit jaar niet alleen uit speciale missies uitvoeren (Mission) zoals we gewend zijn van Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, maar dus ook uit het overleven van hordes vijanden (Survival). Weliswaar geen zombies, maar wel hetzelfde principe. |

Want wie het spel een beetje kent, weet dat de enemies maar blijven spawnen zo lang je niet vooruit gaat en over die "onzichtbare lijn" ofwel checkpoint gaat. Weliswaar zonder scores en de enemies komen niet direct op je af, maar op zich is het dus gewoon mogelijk in singleplayer. |

Dit is bij modern warfare 2 er niet bij gedaan. treyarch heeft dit bij black ops er wel weer bij gedaan helaas. |

Het zou wel mooi zijn maar ja bij Modern Warfare vind ik niet echt zombies horen doe dan een redelijk grote arcade ofzo.
