| Derde studio bemoeit zich met de Call of Duty-franchise? |

In een artikel van de LA Times staat dat er een derde team bezig is met een Call of Duty-game, en het is nu afwachten of dat daadwerkelijk zo is. Activision gaat in ieder geval gestaag verder met het uitmelken van de serie, want zoals iedereen weet komt er misschien ook een MMORPG aan. Het is aan ons publiek om te speculeren over een game van dit derde team... Update: Gisteren heeft Activision bekend gemaakt dat er een nieuwe studio is opgericht, Sledgehammer Games, die geleid wordt door enkele veteranen uit de EA-business. Glen Schofield en Michael Condrey, afkomstig van Visceral Games (voorheen EA: Redwood Shore), waren als teamleiders onder meer verantwoordelijk voor The Godfather I & II en Dead Space. Volgens Activision is Sledgehammer Games bezig aan een nog onaangekondigd project, maar gezien deze belangrijke investering zal het ons niet verbazen als hier een Call of Duty-game achter steekt... |

Paar jaar geleden had ik al een idee om een text-based versie van COD te maken omdat het spel zo popi was.
Heb toen als eerste contact opgenomen met Activision om te vragen of het toegestaan zou zijn de naam te gebruiken, nooit reactie op gehad van die gasten...
Ben benieuwd of mijn vraag (in)direct als gevolg zou hebben dat er nu een partij met een MMORPG veriant van COD bezig is. |

ze werken ook niet samen... een paar mensen van EA hebben een eigen studio gemaakt die voor activision werkt |
