Levenloos? Het lijkt erop. Een gamer heeft alle bestanden van Modern Warfare 2 eens onder de loep genomen, en is daar toch op tot een opvallende ontdekking gekomen. Tussen alle bestanden staat een normale config, net zoals bij Call of Duty 4, terwijl de PC-versie geen console bevat. Filtersettings: seta ui_browserFriendlyfire "-1"

Kan zijn dat het nog een resterende config was. Ofwel; ze begonnen met het idee dat ze 'gewoon' dedicated servers zouden hebben, maar na één of ander besluit het er toch uitgehaald.
Hoe dan ook, laten we hopen dat het alsnog gepatched wordt, dat dedi servers toch beschikbaar zijn..Al heb ik er een hard hoofd in. |

wat is er zo fout met iwnet dan?
Het valt allemaal best wel mee en iedereen weet het, maar ze willen niet toegeven, ze blijven maar hopen op die Dedicated servers. Laat het gewoon achter je, ga verder met je leven, die dedicated server komen er niet.

Nee want we hebben geen compiler  En al hadden we die, dan hadden we de mogelijkheid niet de mod te activeren. En al konden we dat, dan hadden we nog geen serverfiles.
Niet op hopen, dedicated servers komen niet terug. Dit zit er bij omdat het van de CoD4 engine kwam. |

Tuurlijk komen er geen dedicated servers, er zijn al genoeg 12 jarige idioten die toch MW2 hebben gekocht en nu lopen te janken.
Eigen schuld dikke bult, ze hebben je geld dus je kunt nu opdonderen. |

hoezo dat dan weer?? wat is dat dan weer voor gezeur? op de ps3 en xbox heb je maar 6 vs 6 en soms 4 tot 8 spelers en soms tot 18 spelers  dus ik snap dat niet! Heb je wat aan als er 52 ofzo inkunnen omg. Als je nu zei dat je de mods etc weer wou dan kan ik het begrijpen want dat is ook lijp maar alleen om 9 vs 9 is gezeur |

De game-engine is niet ingesteld om dat commande te gebruiken.
De config heeft dus geen nut.
Een van mijn vrienden herkende zelf Xbox360 commands, dus de config kan je evengoed weghalen |

Jochie als je het topic ook goed door gelezen had op het IW forum had je ook kunnen zien dat de xbox 360 broncode in de code van de pc versie zit.
Het ultieme bewijs dus dat de pc versie een 360 port is. |
