Volgende week is het dan echt zover, de opvolger van Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare komt dan eindelijk in de winkels te liggen, Modern Warfare 2. Vele geven aan dat Modern Warfare 2 de meest verkopende game van 2009 zal gaan worden, dat kan zeker lukken. Michael Pachter doet zijn uitspraak. Michael Pachter, een analist van Wedbush Morgan verwacht dat Modern Warfare maar liefst 500.000.000 dollar zal opbrengen, dat komt neer op iets meer dan 338.478.000 euro en dit alleen al in de eerste week na de release! De game zal voor het verstrijken van het eerste kwartaal in 2010 al tien miljoen keer over de toonbank zijn gegaan, aan het eind van 2010 staat de teller op viertien miljoen exemplaren, volgens Michael Pachter. Pachter heeft zulke voorspellingen al vaker gedaan, hij zat er meestal dicht in de buurt, overdrijft Pachter nu niet een beetje? |

Wacht liever af todat iemand anders hem heeft gechecked of ie goed is of niet scheelt 55 ballen.

Ik heb 'm ook al gereserveerd (cd-wow.nl destijds 32,- euro, nu iets duurder, maar wel de goedkoopste). Omdat ie zo goedkoop was heb ik hem dus gereserveerd, want ik wil wel de single-player spelen, die multi-player wordt dus een grote flop. De redenen zijn alom bekend. IW heeft de pc wereld gewoon genaaid, daarom zet ik 'm, als ik de single-player gespeeld hebt, gewoon op een torrent site, zodat ik IW ook kan naaien...

Die poll zegt niks. Er zijn ten eerste maar 445 stemmers. De PC community bestaat wel uit een paar duizend meer. En iedereen kan hier stemmen, ook console spelers. Kortom deze poll is onbetrouwbaar. |

Is zo dat er heel weing gecheat zal worden nu dat is een voordeel de verliezers zijn de hosting bedrijfen als 3id waar deze site van is . die verliezen heel veel geld niet de users die spelen eigste wat een nadeel is dat je dus niet op eigen servers kan spelen ik heb zelf een 100mbit fiber line kan ook nu geen game meer hosten .
maar lig er ook niet echt wakker van . we zullen wel zien wat er het wordt anders in januari overstappen naar de nieuwe battlefield daar kan je ook server mee opzetten

Ben het eens met Marabunta, als CODMW2 voor de PC niks wordt dan gewoon op Battlefield overstappen.
Het ergste is nog dat er een heel grote en reeële kans is dat de MP een flop wordt voor de PC althans, eerst downloaden en singleplayer spelen. Dan pas beslissen voor de Multiplayer (luister vooral naar de clanleaders die hun ervaring over de MP geven want zei hosten meestal de servers).
Mijn advies is dus ook, probeer hem eerst en dan pas kopen! Het kan je toch een smerige 50 euro besparen... |
