Volgens vele was de singleplayer in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare te kort, Infinity Ward krijgt de laatste dagen erg veel kritiek over zich heen, over de dedicated servers en nog meer. Ook krijgen zij klachten van de community dat de singleplayer te kort is. De community manager van Infinity Ward, Robert Bowling is het helemaal niet eens met deze uitspraak van de community. De reactie van Bowling was als volgt: ''We starten nooit met het ontwikkelen van een game en zeggen vooraf: We gaan een game maken die 20 uur duurt. We willen een intense game ervaring brengen waarbij je na afloop zegt: Wow! Ik wil meer spelen."
Call of Duty 4 kwam ook even aan bod in het interview met IGN, wederom ging het om de lengte van de singleplayer. ''Dat kunnen mensen uiteraard vinden, het is goed dat mensen meer willen spelen. Als je naar alle game modi kijkt, dan biedt het spel genoeg andere mogelijkheden. Speel de multiplayer die meer dan 14 miljoen mensen hebben gespeeld in 2 jaar tijd. Het is een lange game, hoe je er ook naar kijkt." |

Zo kort vond ik de singleplayer van cod4 niet hoor. & idd, je hebt genoeg extra gameplay tijd met de mp, dus niet klagen!
Het gaat om KWALITEIT en niet om KWANTITEIT!!!! Liever een zeer goede game die wat korter duurt dan een super lange game die erg slecht is! |

Moet je nagaan hoe goed het spel is
je wil gewoon veel meer spelen
Maar GTA4, the godfather2, CoJ2 of weet ik veel
die zijn gemaakt op SP dat speel je binnen 2 dagen uit
en dan verveel je soms nog in de SP.
Ik ben blij dat CoD wat korter duurt anders speel ik het toch niet uit en ga ik gelijk aan MP beginnen |
