Er werd er al gemeld dat er een nieuwe patch aankomt voor de 2 jaar oude game Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. Deze patch zou een exploit fixen en zou heel spoedig uit moeten komen. Na het internet wat afgespeurd te hebben, lijkt het te gaan om de zogeheten "UFO hack", die vooral op de PlayStation 3 erg populair is. Met deze "UFO hack" is het mogelijk door alle muren en objecten heen te vliegen en jezelf dus op plekken te positioneren waar dit eigenlijk helemaal niet mag.
Er zijn echter nog vele andere exploits naast deze "UFO hack", wellicht dat die ook gefixed worden. Het schijnt dat de patch nu al voor certificatie bij Microsoft en Sony ligt.

Deze naam is waarschijnlijk vanwege de (developer) command genaamd "ufo", te gebruiken als /ufo.
Erg slim ben je zelf dus ook niet? |
