| Problemen met de site |

Zoals jullie wellicht al hebben gemerkt, hadden we problemen met de site.
Door hitte afgelopen week is de server waarop callofduty.nl oververhit geraakt,m en hierdoor kapot gegaan.
Nu staat callofduty.nl op een nieuwe server. Helaas moesten we een oude back-up online zetten waardoor veel pagina s verloren waren gegaan, alsmede erg veel nieuwsberichten.
Wij gebruiken deze tijd om een nieuw nieuwssysteem te installeren, met meer functies als het oude.
Wij zijn momenteel ook bezig alle pagina s weer te laten functioneren.
Mochten jullie een pagina zien welke nog niet goed functioneerd, neem dan aub contact met ons op. |

| Een beetje grote server staat toch in een gekoelde ruimte. Beetje jammer allemaal en ergens geloof ik er geen snars van. Het was namelijk gewoon een fout in de database.

stond die server dan ergens op een zolder? ben een tijdje geleden in amsterdam geweest waar al de servers staan (heel groot pand) en daar was het overal erg koud. airco s stonden daar volop met eventuele reserve  |

| Oververhit is misschien alleen mogelijk als de systeem ventilator(en) uitvallen. En dan zou de server gewoon uit moeten schakelen. |

Er is een storing geweest bij We-Dare (waar de servers staan)
Hierdoor was een chiller uitgevallen, waardoor het in die suite behoorlijk warm werd..
Het bericht van i3d controlpanel:
Vanwege airco problemen is de temperatuur afgelopen maandag in het datacentrum opgelopen tot 37 graden. Binnen 2 uur was het probleem gevonden en daalde de temperatuur tot 30 graden. Inmiddels wordt er hard gewerkt aan de structurele oplossing en verwachten wij dat in de loop van de week de temperatuur weer zakt tot 20 graden.
Dit was helaas te laat voor onze server  |

| Dit had ik dus ook heel erg, eerst bleef het iets van 3 dagen op "pagina kan niet worden gevonden" staan, en daarna deed hij het, maar inplaats van alle normale dingen te zien stonden ervoor in de plaats alle scripts ervan....
Maar zo te zien doet hij het nu weer,
Ik dacht eerst dat mijn internet kaput was, maar dit verklaard veel. |
