Tot op de dag van vandaag weigert Punkbuster de fout te erkennen en de bans ongedaan te maken. Clanbase heeft het vervolgens direct overgenomen van Punkbuster en dat resulteerde in enkele flinke schorsingen. Hoewel de zaak nog in hoger beroep loopt, lijkt Clanbase voorlopig de bans nog niet ongedaan te maken. En dat er in de fragmovie cheats worden gebruikt is onwaarschijnlijk. Zo zijn 60 procent van de frags gemaakt op LAN-toernooien waar cheaten geen kans krijgt. Wordt ongetwijfeld vervolgd.
