De eerste patch voor Call of Duty 3 is vrijgegeven. De patch bevat enkele verbeteringen, de meeste belangrijke fouten zijn er uit gehaald en er zijn enkele aspecten toegevoegd. Zo zal de speler sneller games kunnen vinden en zijn er een aantal verschillende verbeteringen verricht aan menu’s en opties. De patch zal zich automatisch installeren bij het inloggen via Xbox Live.
