| Infinity Ward wil nog meer nadruk op multiplayer |

Infinity Ward heeft laten weten nog meer te willen gaan focussen op de multiplayer in volgende titels. Dat zei Community Manager Robert Bowling (Fourzerotwo) in een gesprek met de Amerikaanse site IGN.com. Met die uitspraak doelt de ontwikkelaar onder andere op de aankomende titel Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. De extra nadruk op de multiplayer zal echter niet ten koste gaan van de kwaliteit van de singleplayer volgens Infinity Ward. De ontwikkelaar wil extra op de multiplayer focussen door het 'uitbrengen van downloadbare content en het behouden van de nauwe samenwerking met de Call of Duty community'.
Momenteel streeft Infinity Ward er naar om een game twee jaar mee te laten gaan. Community Manager Fourzerotwo verklaard persoonlijk die periode langer te willen laten duren.''Ik zou dat graag tot drie jaar willen uitbreiden, misschien zelfs vier jaar,'' aldus Fourzerotwo. |

Call of Duty 4 was een degelijke game.... en de multiplayer maps waren goed. Maar, ze gingen nogal redelijk snel vervelen (voornamelijk omdat ze vrij klein waren...).
Het is plezant om te horen dat men van plan is de game te ondersteunen tot 3/4 jaar na de release. Spijtig dat ze weer met een Infinity Ward titel moeten beginnen. Die mensen zijn overrated, ookal leveren ze goed werk af.
Eindelijk, beter 1 game uitbrengen en langer ondersteunen dan de franchise uitmelken tot en met met elk jaar een nieuwe game met belabberde support (Call of Duty 2 was eigenlijk het schoolvoorbeeld van uitermate slechte support).
Ik ben benieuwd, alhoewel ik mijn twijfels bij deze nieuwe titel heb. Ik blijf sceptisch... |

Ik ontken het ook niet, ik zeg enkel dat ik zo blijf... de meeste mensen denken niet echt na bij wat ze zeggen en doen. Ze volgen gewoon de massa en/of laten zich te gemakkelijk beinvloeden.

3/4 jaar dat krijgen ze nooit spits IW kan wel willen maar tivion is degene die de rekeningen betaald .
Activision heeft na de release van Cod world at war gezegd dat ze elk jaar een Cod game uit gaan brengen. dit betekend gewoon dat per game je een jaar support krijgt net als bij Cod4 toen de Beta van World at war er was kwam Activion gelijk naar buiten met het nieuws dat IW geen ondersteuning meer levert aan COD MW.
De cod serie word Activisions melk koe en men richt zich totaal op de Consoles en niet meer op de PC Codwaw is daar nog meer het bewijs van
PC gamen zoals wij dat nog kennen van Cod1 UO Mohaa Call of duty 2 is gewoon Dood aan het gaan ... |
