| Master server offline |

De Master server van Call of Duty: World at War ligt er momenteel uit. Het is daarom niet mogelijk om gebruik te maken van de multiplayer. De reden hiervoor is nog niet bekend en wanneer de Master server weer functioneert is ook nog niet duidelijk. We houden je op de hoogte.
Update: Hoewel verbinden met deze Master server dus onmogelijk is, schijnt het dat je wel kan verbinden met gameservers. Als je een IP van een gameserver weet, kun je daarmee connecten door in de console te typen: /connect hierhetip:port. Bijvoorbeeld: /connect 91.198.152.172 :28960. Console is te openen door op de ~ toets te drukken.
Update 2: Hij doet het weer! Helaas zijn bij sommigen de stats wel gereset. Laten we hopen dat dit niet meer gebeurt. Succes met gamen! |

Fijn, ik had net om 2 uur het spel in huis gehaald en één potje online gespeeld, wou ik co-op proberen kon ik niet meer inloggen.
hoop dat ze het snel verhelpen. |

dat die server eruit ligt vind ik nog niet eens het allerergste....
erger vind ik dat X-fire nog niet zover is dat je daarmee servers voor cod5 kan opzoeken en joinen...
en dan nog 1 dingetje....
die gasten hebben steeds beweerd dat hun wapengeluiden het beste zijn die ooit zijn gemaakt, ik als sportschutter heb met verscheidene wapens die ingame zijn te gebruiken geschoten en de geluiden ervan zijn in 1 woord r*k....
hoop echt dat ze dat ook gaan verbeteren anders is het de slechtste 50 ballen uitgegeven door mij in tijden.

Stelletje baby's hier.....zit niet zo te piepen man, kan nou eenmaal gebeuren!! Kan je misschien eindelijk een keer wat nuttigs doen in je weekend. Gewoon afwachten en niet om de 5 minuten kijken want dan lijkt het alleen maar langer te duren...ga verstoppertje spelen en stop met janken.
Speel gewoon de SP uit en probeer daarna die zombiemod te spelen(kan je namelijk ook in je eentje). Kies gewoon SP en ga naar het scherm waar je een missie naar keuze kan kiezen ...helemaal onderaan heb je de zombiemod. Veel plezier! |

Met cod 4 was het ook al zo dat er problemen waren met master server aan het begin en nu weer.

Dear call of duty gamers,
As all of you noticed, the main server is down. Because of the amount of online players, the main server has crashed. The backups that we created were corrupt and wouldnt be usefull.
Its very shamefull that this is happening at the launch of the greatest game of the year.
The time estimating for back online will be between 6-10 days.
We cannot garantee this will be the precise date of going online but we make sure our gamers will be satisfied again.

| hahahhaha corrupte backups? ofterwijl ze hebbe gewoon geen backups wat een stel kneuzen. Dit is echt belachelijk.. de SP heb ik in een paar uur uitgespeeld en wou de coop doen maar dat gaat m niet worden als de master servers eruit liggen! Ja via lan maar goed daar heb ik niets aan. Dit is echt debiel. Denk je t weekend lekker ff te kunnen knallen met een nieuwe game en dan verpesten ze t. Bedoel ze kunnen toch verwachten dat veel mensen online gaan spelen? ze kunnen toch wel een schatting doen als ze alleen al kijken naar de launch toen destijds van cod4? |

De geluiden zijn vet goed, misschien moet je je k*t pc eens vervangen? En waarom geloof ik er geen zak van dat jij met een springfeeld of iets dergelijks hebt geschoten?
Kap mat dat gezeur en verpest het niet voor gamers die de game wel top vinden! |

heb alleen gezegd dat het geluid slecht is. (nee heb niet met de springfield geschoten, die heeft een collega van mij). heb zelf wel o.a. de mosin nagant gehad en de k-98 karabijn. ook heb ik geschoten met de garant, zodoende weet ik het van de geluiden.
de geluiden die je ingame hoort zijn echter op 1 of andere manier veel te dof (alsof je ze van een 40-tal meters afstand hoort) (ben trouwens lid van de KSF-Friesland)
p.s. mijn pc is 1.5 jaar oud en alleen als jij een pc jonger dan 9 maand heb kan ik nog steeds met gemak rondjes om je draaien.

zou ik graag doen als hij niet constant zijn saved games en settings kwijtraakt en dus niet constant de zelfde missie moet spelen 
wat een k*t spel zeg hier gooien ze echt de goede naam die de Call of Duty serie heeft te grabbel met zo'n slecht spel |

| Hmm ik vind het geluid ook niet mooi in de game vergeleken met cod4. De gunschoten klinken naar mijn mening te zacht in vergelijking met alle andere geluiden! Lijkt wel of we aan het paintballen zijn of met proppeschieters aan het spelen zijn. Ik heb de bass maar wat hoger gezet maar dan nog vind ik het nivo van de wapens te zacht.. |

IK haat dit kan je niet zelf bepalen of je een game kan spelen. Echt zo slecht, betaald een boeld geld dan wordt voor je bepaald of je kan spelen. Ik begrijp nog steeds niet dat spelletjes fabrikanten dit voor je denken te kunnen bepalen. Een dictatuur is minder erg, hopelijk dat iemand de wapens op raapt en die gasten voor de rechter sleept.
Echt dit soort zaken verziekt mijn spelplezier. wanneer komt het nou eens bij die gasten op dat de klant koning is en niet andersom. |

Het geluid van de wapens is ook wack De rest van het geluid is prima maar het lijkt alsof de wapens veel zachter nivo hebben als de rest van het omgevingsgeluid. Slecht afgemixt denk ik. Maybe dat het in script aangepast kan worden. of met een update? Kheb de SFX helemaal al op t hoogste volume staan en de rest wat zachter maar dan nog klinken de wapens erg zacht vergeleken met de rest.

Oh en trouwens de ww2 is mijn hobby, vooral de wapens.
En ik heb de duitse en amerikaanse wapens in mijn handen gehad, om te voelen hoe zwaar het is, hoe je moet richten en herladen.
Ik moscht er niet mee schieten omdat ik geen wapenvergunning heb.
Dus andere mensen die dat wel hadden schoten met al die wapens, ik ging mijn oren goed open houden om te horen hoe diee wapens klinken en de geluiden te vergelijken met die van call of duty.

Dus de geluiden van cod5 zijn perfect en het herladen ook.
Het spel vind ik veel toffer dan die van cod2 en 4
